What is the real cost of a Raintree timeshare?

I would like to know what is the real cost of a raintree timeshare I have had my membership since aug 2009, and everytime I want to reserve a week it is always no avaliability. They promised it was a good investment, which its not! And that I could rent it easy, of course I can´t!!
