Common Complaints
Real Club timeshare owners and guests have reported a pattern of deceptive sales practices and unfulfilled promises:
1. Unfulfilled Buyback Contracts – Owners report signing buyback contracts (e.g., to sell back interest after 10 years) only to have the company refuse to honor the agreement. One complainant reported being denied a $10,000 buyback.
2. RCI Affiliation Issues – Owners were told they could exchange weeks through RCI, but later discovered that The Royal is no longer affiliated with RCI (having been rebranded to Hilton/Hyatt). When contacting Real Club, they were told they could only use weeks at designated resorts and would have to pay $300 for an "extensive list" of locations.
3. No Price Advantage for Members – Members have found no difference in price whether using their weeks or booking directly. Some resorts require three weeks to use, with prices still exceeding $4,000.
Queremos cancelar y nos pones muchas trabas, amenazan con enviarnos al buró de crédito, nos invitaron a platicarlo en la Cd. de México y tenemos que pagar la mensualidad para poder exponer nuestro caso, acabamos de salir del WTC y que concertemos otra cita, prácticamente nos "batearon".
were fakely friendly and then aggressive, practically put the pen in our hands. We signed naively. Turns out that the fees and charges and costs are much more than they promised. Then they offered a cheaper package, for less weeks, but it would end costing more than buying through any travel agency. They did not let us read the contract when we signed, saying that they explained everything before. What a bunch of liars.
is such a shame that all of those people who are involved on the timeshare business are scammers, i know many people that felt on his trap , they offer free rides, free breakfasts, free car rentals, and many " free stuff" just to hook you up to a timeshare presentation , once there, you dont had a certain way to get out , be carefull pls
No one likes to be ripped off. Unfortunately it's tough to go public about it because you feel like a fool. Trust me, your aren't alone out there. There are plenty of people out there, very intellegent people, who have lost money with Real Club. I don't know about you, but I'm content in knowing that I live my life and conduct my business with integrity. I can sleep at night. Shame on you Real Club. Shame on all of you.
Pésimo servicio 2 años pagando la membresía y ahora que quiero hacer uso de ella no hay disponibilidad y las tarifas son altísimas no hay disponibilidad es un completo fraude
Es posible cancelar un contrato de membresía con Real Club y poder recibir algo de lo ya pagado?
No tienen idea de cuanto me arrepiento de aver comprado aqui , hace 1 año adquiriri una membresia por disque promocion que incluia exclusividad y nose que cuantas cosas mas, la vd es que fue un total fraude, nisiquiera el dinero que inverti lo pude disfrutar , estas personas son un fraude y lo peor de todo es que he conocido a mas personas que estan en mimisma situacion , ni se acerquen a este resort
