I purchased a timeshare at Cabo villas, when I ask them about the rent out of my weeks they told me that they have a broker in Florida that would rent out my weeks for a profit, but the broker never existed. And now my maintenances fees are going up and they are asking me for a special assessment for $10,000

My husband and I were convinced to attend a Timeshare presentation. During that presentation we were promised that we could rent our timeshare out each year and within a few years have it paid for. We paid a broker company and they told us that they would contact us but they never did. We have not heard anything back since.

I have a vacation membership with Cabo Villas which I want to cancel due to the fact that since I acquired it, I have not had the opportunity to use it. The truth is that I am not going to be able to use it.  I contacted Cabo Villas to see if I can cancel the contract and they said me that it is not possible to cancel. What can I do?

It has been very difficult for us to make the payments and we think that it is better if we cancel the membership that we purchased at Cabo villas. The total purchase price of   the membership was $9,000 and we made a down payment for $3,000 and our monthly payments are for $450. Now I realize that what my sales person told me was a lie.

Hi, I need your help to get rid of a Timeshare scam contract. I was in Cabo when some people approached me  and one of them invited me to a timeshare presentation. When I was in the presentation I was so remorseful, they were annoying and they did not let me go. They started giving me tequila, I got drunk and without  even remembering, I signed a contract with them. I believe that

We were told  we could call a toll free number and book flights , resorts at the lowest Price available. We purchased this on October and  they told us we could call and reserve the hotel easily, they gave us a catalog with resorts but we have tried to book 4 times ant we could find any availability. I emailed to complaint but they never answer me.

We bought one in Cabo last October the number they have given us is not even valid. I can't contact anyone. They promise us to resale one of our timeshare. We were stupid to believe that.

I have owned my timeshare since 1997 and it was fine until 2009. I stopped being able to rent it out to cover the maintenance fees when the economy turned bad. I paid "Timeshares Only" to sell it or rent it and have not received a single call or inquiry. I keep receiving direct mail now from "Simple Solutions" and other companies which I assume is another scam to simply take over the timeshare and not pay me anything.
