es tambien muy desagradable el hammering psicologico que te hacen en las famosas presentaciones, tienes hasta 4 personas en tu mesa insistiendote en lo mismo

Is this legal? Why would a timeshare company treat their owners like that?

hello I recently bought my timeshare and i feel i have been scammed, im having trouble booking my weeks i´m getting extra charges i didn´t know of and i just can´t find a solution help me please

i need to cancel my timeshare, i paid a lot of money for it and i still waiting for spend my weeks.. i think i've got scammed.

Palace Premier esta cometiendo un delito de estafa al vender la explotación de algunos de sus hoteles a la cadena Hard Rock después de tener vendidas semanas a sus membresias dentro de esos mismos hoteles y siendo ellos los que tendrían que realizar la atención al cliente además de que tienen vendidas semanas en el Xpu-Ha Palace que no piensan ni arreglar ni ofrecer ninguna plaza en esa zona, cuando les comunicas que tu membresía no es la contratada y no te interesa no te dan ninguna solución paga y ya veremos, entiendo que en beneficio del turismo en la Península del Yucatán estafas como está tendrían que llegar a oídos del gobierno Mejicano y tomar medidas para que se solucione este problema.

We bought the ViP/premier level and have been happy for 4 years- this place is beautiful. This year we arrive to find they have added another level! We have been blocked out of the rooms we were promised and there are restricted areas on the beach and by the pool we can't use. The newer members can reserve pool chairs and they we have been sitting in chairs and told to move!!! RIP off!, beware new members it will happen to you,too!,

Having been suckered into purchasing timeshares, the only one that I have interest in keeping is the one in Palace Resorts. I purchase under the "weeks" program. We bought the right to 40 weeks, subject to our paying the all-inclusive charge. We have visited twice so far and had a great experience. The activities are good, the tours are excellent and the food and drink are very good. While all inclusive charges are comparable to what one can now find on the internet, the net cost of the 40 weeks was under $2,000 because we received 2 all-inclusive weeks for paying it off. I wish other timeshares were as good as this. I will post my other experiences under other threads.
