We stayed at Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach. The beach itself is beautiful, but the hotel experience was far from it. The AC in our room barely worked, and housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row. We had to ask three times just to get soap.

Stayed at Viva Wyndham V Samaná. The location was nice, but service was seriously lacking. We waited over 40 minutes just to check in. The front desk seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. Wouldn’t return.

We went to Viva Wyndham Tangerine and were disappointed. The staff tried, but everything felt disorganized. Our room wasn’t ready until nearly 5 PM and it smelled like mildew. It felt like they were overwhelmed and short-staffed.

Viva Wyndham V Heavens looked like a fun getaway, but the experience was lacking. The room wasn’t ready until late in the afternoon, and we had to follow up twice just to get towels. A lot of areas seemed understaffed. Not the smooth trip we hoped for.
