- One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Viva Wyndham Maya´s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract
- Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Viva Wyndham feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.
- Salespeople claim that the points have more value than they actually do for exchange purposes.This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points.
- Many clients have complained that when they go to cancel within the 5 day period, they tell them that their deposit is non-refundable.

En Viva Wyndham Azteca la experiencia fue frustrante desde el check-in. La habitación olía a humedad, el personal parecía abrumado y la comida no variaba día tras día. Además, cada vez que intentábamos descansar junto a la playa nos abordaban para vender una membresía de tiempo compartido, lo que dañó por completo nuestras vacaciones.
We stayed at Viva Wyndham Dominicus and it was far from the tropical escape we expected. Our room had cracked tiles and weak air conditioning, and housekeeping skipped our room more than once. Most days were marred by pushy sales staff trying to get us into timeshare presentations, which felt intrusive and exhausting.
En Viva Wyndham Maya todo parecía bien en fotos, pero al llegar notamos las fallas: la habitación olía a humedad, la limpieza era incompleta, y los servicios muy descuidados. Cada rato nos ofrecían asistir a una plática de venta de tiempo compartido con promesas de beneficios — una molestia constante que arruinó la tranquilidad.
We tried Viva Wyndham Dominicus thinking it might be a simple, carefree trip — but it was far from that. The room we got had peeling paint, the AC was almost useless, and towels were soggy. The buffet seemed neglected: stale bread, lukewarm dishes, no variety. On top of this, we were constantly approached by staff pushing a “membership presentation.” Made me feel like a walking target, not a guest.
En Viva Wyndham Dominicus no hubo descanso. Desde el check-in nos ofrecieron “presentaciones especiales” y al decir que no, el trato cambió. La comida fue muy básica, la habitación tenía humedad y el mantenimiento parecía improvisado. Da la impresión de que invierten más energía en vender membresías que en cuidar a los huéspedes.
Viva Wyndham Maya really disappointed us this time. The room felt damp, the pillows smelled strange, and every corner of the resort felt overcrowded. Meal options were bland and repetitive, and trying to get a reservation at any à-la-carte restaurant was like solving a puzzle no one gave us the clues to. Staff seemed too busy juggling sales pitches to offer actual hospitality.
Stayed at Viva Wyndham Maya and felt disappointed from the moment we arrived. Our room reeked slightly of mold, the air-conditioning struggled in the heat, and the buffet felt like a diet of the same boring dishes over and over. On top of that, every time we tried to enjoy the pool or beach, staff approached us to “learn about their vacation club.” Not what I signed up for.
Mi familia y yo pasamos unos días en Viva Wyndham Dominicus y fue una decepción. La habitación estaba descuidada, con muebles viejos, y el servicio de limpieza parecía olvidarse de nosotros. La comida era repetitiva, el aire acondicionado apenas servía, y continuamente nos interrumpían con ofertas de membresía. No lo recomiendo para quienes buscan descanso.
We stayed at Viva Wyndham Maya and felt misled. The resort is crowded, and many of the “amenities” they advertise don’t feel inclusive, the nicer pool area seemed reserved for VIPs, and we were constantly shooed away. In our room, the AC sounded like a helicopter and maintenance barely responded when we asked for help.
En Viva Wyndham Dominicus, la estadía fue decepcionante: las habitaciones tienen un diseño anticuado, la limpieza es deficiente y el personal actúa con desinterés.
