  • Poor Customer Services

  • Rude sales associates.
  • One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Viva Wyndham Maya´s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract
  • Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Viva Wyndham feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.
  • Salespeople claim that the points have more value than they actually do for exchange purposes.This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points.
  • Many clients have complained that when they go to cancel within the 5 day period, they tell them that their deposit is non-refundable.

    I went into my vacation expecting things to be simple, but the amount of follow-up needed for basic requests was surprising. I had an issue with my booking details and spent far too much time explaining the same situation to different people. Everyone was polite, but the answers never matched.
    After a while, it felt like I had to become my own coordinator just to make sure things were handled correctly. A relaxing trip shouldn’t involve constantly checking whether information was actually passed along.

    Con Viva Wyndham sentí que varias situaciones pequeñas terminaron afectando demasiado la experiencia. No fue un solo problema grave, sino la sensación constante de tener que insistir para recibir respuestas claras.
    Lo que más me incomodó fue que cada persona parecía manejar información diferente. Eso hace que uno pierda confianza y termine revisando todo por su cuenta.

    The staff were generally polite, but the process lacked organization. When you’re spending money on a vacation, you don’t want to feel like you need to supervise every little detail just to make sure things happen correctly.

    Vidanta sorprende mucho por sus instalaciones, pero después de unos días notas que el tamaño también puede ser un problema.
    Moverse, organizar actividades y entender ciertos servicios requiere bastante tiempo. Es un lugar llamativo, aunque no siempre resulta práctico.

    Con Viva Wyndham me pasó que los problemas pequeños terminaron afectando mucho la experiencia. No fue una sola cosa, sino varios detalles donde sentía que tenía que insistir demasiado para obtener una solución.
    Lo más incómodo fue la falta de claridad. Cuando preguntas algo sencillo esperas una respuesta concreta, no tener que comparar versiones de diferentes empleados para saber cuál es la correcta.

    Con Viva Wyndham tuve una experiencia donde los pequeños problemas terminaron acumulándose. Al principio pensé que todo sería sencillo, pero cuando surgieron dudas sobre reservas y servicios incluidos, fue difícil conseguir una respuesta concreta.

    Lo que más me molestó fue que cada empleado parecía manejar información diferente. Eso genera mucha inseguridad porque uno espera que las condiciones sean claras, especialmente después de haber pagado por una experiencia vacacional.
