- Current Reality: Today, the property functions solely as a standard condominium community. Units are bought, sold, and rented by independent owners through third-party platforms like Airbnb, Expedia, and Vrbo. There is no verifiable evidence of a central timeshare sales office, member services desk, or active vacation club still operating on the premises.
- Outdated DigitalFootprint: The official project website appears frozen in time (showing a ©2009 copyright), and recent guest reviews make zero mention of timeshare presentations or member benefits—they only discuss the condition of individual condo rentals.
- The Complaints: The few consumer complaints on record date back to 2011–2018. While these complaints (high-pressure sales, broken rental promises, cancellation issues) are legitimate historical accounts, they refer to a system that is very likely no longer in operation.
In short: If you are looking for an active resort to book or a current timeshare operator to contact, Escondido Towers is not it. If you are an owner from the original program trying to cancel or exit a contract you signed years ago, you are likely dealing with a defunct entity—which makes resolution exceptionally difficult. FATAL. Este hotel me convenció a mi y a mi esposa de asistir a su presentación de tiempos compartidos de '40 minutos', lo cual pasó a ser un bombardeo agresivo de ventas de más de cuatro horas. No nos dejaban ni leer el contrato, por lo que optamos por no comprar nada pero no nos dejaban salir del lugar por más que negáramos su oferta, y mientras más tiempo transcurría más agresivos se ponían. Por suerte, no firmamos ningún contrato pero la experiencia fue NEFASTA. Ahora que me he dedicado a investigar como funcionan los tiempos compartidos me doy cuenta del broncón del que me salvé. Por favor, nunca asistan a este tipo de 'presentaciones', o si llegan a asistir por nada del mundo lo contraten si no saben verdaderamente en que se están metiendo.
No queremos saber mas sobre este resort, la membresia que nos vendieron no sirve de nada, no pódemos agendar nada ya que siempre esta ocupado, las cuotas de mantenimiento nos las siguen cobrando puntual directo a nuestra tarjeta sin poder hacer nada
Terrible its nothing compared to the nightmare that we are living with escondido, no excuses for this people, we dont want the timeshare membership anymore, we dont know why the resort cant understand our situation, we want to quit as soon as possible please.
Una descepcion terrible con escondido, nosotros, confiados en lo que nos prometieron accedimos y firmamos una membresia de nose cuantos miles de pesos esperando a cambio el mundo de privilegios que nos prometieron en la presentacion, ya va casi 1 año y es hora que no responden nuestras dudas! no es posible que resorts como estos sigan operando estafando a miles.
Escondido siempre nos ha funcionado muy bien, de 2 años hacia aca nos han estado haciendo la vida imposible, las cuotas de manetenimiento subieron muchisimo este año, tanto asi que ya se nos esta complicando la forma de seguir pagando la membresia, planteamos nuestra problematica al resort pero parece no importarles mucho.
Ojala nunca hubieramos asistido a esa presentacion de tiempo compartido, estuvimos casi 4 horas y al final lograron convencernos de comprar una membresia de tiempo compartido con escondido towers, por propia experiencia estamos viviendo una situacion muy mala con ellos, no nos han dado lo que prometieron y nisiquiera parece importarles darnos solucion.
awful experience with escondido, please avoid their timeshare presentations please, the offered us free rides and free coupons and we felt in their timeshare pitch and signed a contract, no matter what dont get involved !

I was a victim of timeshare the 5 years I've been paying it, every time we pay extra fees for anything without forgetting that they always change their stay clauses

Todos los de esccondido towers son una bola de lacras y mentirosos, a base de puros engaños enganchan a las personas en aceptar la presentacion de tiempo compartido y ahi venderles la membresia lo cual es muy dificil librarte por la alta presión que te ponen los vendedores haciendote ver que es la oportunidad de tu vida, cosa que resulta todo lo contrario, abusados.
Worst nightmare ever, just dont get involved with this people, the lack of remorse of this persons when they rip all your money is something that i cant understand, the memberships that they sold are totally a fraud, just stay away from escondido towers and dont throw your money to them.
