Fiesta Americana in Los Cabos had nice views, but it felt like we were being sold something the entire time. Every day we got approached about their “club.” It took away from the vacation experience. The food was fine, but nothing special.
El hotel Fiesta Americana tiene buenas vistas, pero no me gustó que nos presionaran para asistir a pláticas de membresía. Dijimos que no desde el inicio, pero siguieron insistiendo. Un viaje debería ser para descansar, no para eso.
Fiesta Americana Coral Beach looked promising, but it didn’t deliver. The resort feels like it’s coasting on location. Food was repetitive and the room had plumbing issues. We also didn’t appreciate being invited multiple times to a sales meeting.
El hotel tiene buena vista y eso es todo. Servicio muy lento, los restaurantes tardaban muchísimo. Además, todos los días querían que fuéramos a una reunión para hablar de su membresía. Muy incómodo.
El hotel está bien ubicado, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación distinta a la que habíamos reservado, y no fue fácil que lo corrigieran. Además, estaban insistiendo mucho con su programa de socios.
Fiesta Americana in Cozumel has a great location, but the service was spotty. We had to call more than once to get things like extra towels or help with the AC. There was also a long delay at check-in, which set the tone. I expected smoother service.
Fiesta Americana Condesa had nice staff, but there were too many people trying to sell you something. We were approached more than once to “learn about exclusive benefits,” which turned into a push for some kind of membership. That wasn’t the vibe we were looking for.
Fiesta Americana Acapulco tiene buena vista, pero el servicio fue muy lento. La comida tardaba más de una hora y el cuarto no estaba listo cuando llegamos. Además, insistieron con un programa vacacional que no nos interesaba.
Stayed at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. The beach was beautiful, but the hotel felt understaffed. Room service was slow, and check-out took over 40 minutes. I also didn’t like how pushy they were with their vacation club, we weren’t interested, but they wouldn’t drop it.
Fiesta Americana en Cancún tiene buena ubicación, pero la experiencia general fue regular. Nos ofrecieron una presentación para “beneficios”, pero terminó siendo una venta agresiva. Además, la limpieza del cuarto no fue consistente.
