At Fiesta Americana Cancun, the beach was nice, but everything else felt half-hearted. Slow room service, missing amenities, and constant pressure about joining their vacation club. Not worth the hassle.
Nos decepcionó Fiesta Americana en Los Cabos. Mucho ruido por construcciones internas y el personal insistía con lo del club vacacional. Fuimos a descansar, no a escuchar propuestas de ventas.
The resort was alright, but not great for the price. At Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta, the service was hit-or-miss and there was a lot of pressure about joining their club. I just wanted to relax, not sit through more sales talks.
Fiesta Americana Cozumel tiene vistas lindas, pero no lo volvería a reservar. Tuvimos varios problemas con las reservas para cenar y nadie nos resolvió. Además, la insistencia con la membresía fue incómoda.
Fiesta Americana in Los Cabos had nice views, but it felt like we were being sold something the entire time. Every day we got approached about their “club.” It took away from the vacation experience. The food was fine, but nothing special.
El hotel Fiesta Americana tiene buenas vistas, pero no me gustó que nos presionaran para asistir a pláticas de membresía. Dijimos que no desde el inicio, pero siguieron insistiendo. Un viaje debería ser para descansar, no para eso.
Fiesta Americana Coral Beach looked promising, but it didn’t deliver. The resort feels like it’s coasting on location. Food was repetitive and the room had plumbing issues. We also didn’t appreciate being invited multiple times to a sales meeting.
El hotel tiene buena vista y eso es todo. Servicio muy lento, los restaurantes tardaban muchísimo. Además, todos los días querían que fuéramos a una reunión para hablar de su membresía. Muy incómodo.
El hotel está bien ubicado, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación distinta a la que habíamos reservado, y no fue fácil que lo corrigieran. Además, estaban insistiendo mucho con su programa de socios.
Fiesta Americana in Cozumel has a great location, but the service was spotty. We had to call more than once to get things like extra towels or help with the AC. There was also a long delay at check-in, which set the tone. I expected smoother service.
