UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB Timeshare COMPLAINTS

Con UVC todo parece bueno al principio, pero luego te das cuenta de que nunca puedes reservar lo que te prometieron. Intenté usar mi membresía tres veces y siempre me decían que solo había opciones en hoteles que no me interesaban. Ya no confío en lo que ofrecen.

UVC sounded great at the time, but using it has been more frustrating than helpful. Availability is always an issue and the “preferred pricing” often ends up being the same as what I find online. I tried to cancel but got nowhere. I wouldn’t recommend signing up unless you like dealing with fine print.

UVC has been nothing but trouble since we signed up. They promised easy booking, but every time we try to use it, the resorts we want are full or we have to pay more. I feel like we were misled. We reached out for help and didn’t get real support. Honestly wish we could cancel it.

Pagamos por la membresía de UVC esperando buenas vacaciones, pero siempre hay problemas para reservar. Nos dicen que hay disponibilidad, pero luego cambian las condiciones. Se siente como si te vendieran algo que no puedes usar. Pedí ayuda, pero no resolvieron nada. Fue un error haber firmado.

Nunca me sentí tan engañada. UVC me vendió “flexibilidad”, pero siempre hay una excusa para no darnos la fecha que queremos. Intenté reservar tres veces y siempre: “sólo hay disponibilidad en tal hotel con tarifa especial”.

UVC at Dreams Playa Mujeres took us for FOOLS. I feel like I bought a timeshare and got a pile of lies. You think you're getting a discount club, but really it's like being enrolled in a loyalty program that hates you. All the “member-only rooms” were mysteriously booked... every time.

Me siento estafado. UVC en Dreams Tulum fue la peor decisión de viaje. Promesas falsas, reservas imposibles, y un sistema que parece diseñado para que nunca uses lo que compraste. Ya ni contestan los correos!

Unlimited Vacation Club promised flexible, elite vacations, but all I got was empty calendars and “sorry, sold out” messages. Tried to book a trip THREE MONTHS ahead and they still said there was no availability. They blamed me for “not reading the contract thoroughly.” Excuse me???

Caí en la trampa del Unlimited Vacation Club. Fue una venta disfrazada de atención especial. Todo era promesas, precios bajos, accesos VIP. Nada se cumplió. Hasta nos dijeron que compráramos ahora porque “mañana subía”! Es puro engaño. Me costó un dineral y ni siquiera puedo usar los puntos como dijeron. No caigan como yo.

They made me believe I was “investing” in future travel... but everything’s either booked, “unavailable” or double the price. Tried to cancel and they ghosted me. I’ve been chasing emails for 5 months. Legit one of the worst financial decisions of my life.
