Me inscribí a UVC con ilusión de viajar más seguido, pero no ha sido como lo presentaron. Muchos destinos tienen fechas bloqueadas, y los precios no son tan bajos como prometieron. Me siento frustrado.
We signed with UVC after staying at Dreams. It sounded great, but booking is more stressful than helpful. A lot of the places they highlight are either unavailable or cost more than expected. We feel like we paid into something that doesn’t deliver.

We joined UVC during a trip to Secrets Puerto Vallarta. Since then, we’ve had trouble using it the way it was pitched. Most of the places we want are booked or come with added charges. Honestly, we’ve used it less than we thought, and it feels like we were oversold.
We signed up for UVC through Secrets Resorts, thinking it would give us flexibility and good value. Instead, we’ve had nothing but issues trying to book the places we actually want. Everything decent is “not available” unless you upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

UVC sounded great at the time, but using it has been more frustrating than helpful. Availability is always an issue and the “preferred pricing” often ends up being the same as what I find online. I tried to cancel but got nowhere. I wouldn’t recommend signing up unless you like dealing with fine print.
UVC has been nothing but trouble since we signed up. They promised easy booking, but every time we try to use it, the resorts we want are full or we have to pay more. I feel like we were misled. We reached out for help and didn’t get real support. Honestly wish we could cancel it.
