Unlimited Vacation Club is nothing but a never-ending sales machine. We were told we’d get perks for attending their presentation, but it turned into hours of high-pressure tactics. They make the membership sound like a deal, but when you calculate the costs, it doesn’t make sense at all.

Even outside of the presentation, there’s a sense of being targeted. Staff members kept trying to upsell us on extras. We just wanted to enjoy our trip without constantly being sold something. It’s frustrating and not at all what we were looking for in a vacation.

Unlimited Vacation Club was frustrating to deal with. They promised discounts and exclusive benefits, but most of what they mentioned was buried under conditions. For example, the “discounted” stays often had blackout dates or additional fees that made the deal far less attractive. Getting straightforward answers from representatives was difficult.

When we tried to clarify details, we were constantly redirected, and it felt like they were avoiding being transparent. It ended up being a waste of time and energy, and instead of feeling like a perk, it felt like a trap. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for honest value.

Unlimited Vacation Club lured us in with promises of discounted trips and exclusive access, but none of that turned out to be real. The discounts were minimal and often had hidden conditions, making it nearly impossible to book what was advertised.

The biggest frustration was the contract. Once you sign, it feels impossible to get out of, and customer service avoids answering direct questions. We felt misled and stuck with something we regret signing. If I could go back, I’d never agree to it.

I regret attending the Unlimited Vacation Club presentation. They made it seem like a great deal with “discounts for life,” but once you read the fine print, you realize the fees and blackout dates make it almost useless. When we refused, they tried to guilt-trip us, saying we were wasting an opportunity.

The constant upselling during our stay left us drained. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who just wants a peaceful vacation.

  • Karen MitchellAugust 22, 2025, 1:45 pm

Unlimited Vacation Club was sold to us as a way to save big on future vacations, but the reality doesn’t add up. The maintenance fees are really high, and the so-called discounts are hardly different from prices I can find myself online. It feels like we paid for nothing.

On top of that, trying to book through their system is a headache. The website is outdated, and customer service doesn’t really help. I wish we had never signed up.
