We joined UVC thinking it would be a great way to travel more affordably. Joke's on us. The promised discounts were barely different from what you’d find online, and customer service made everything difficult. We ended up booking elsewhere because nothing ever matched what we were told.

I signed up for UVC and regret it. Most of the destinations I was interested in are either blacked out or “unavailable.” It's always an issue when I try to book.

UVC overpromises and underdelivers. I joined thinking I’d get premium access to Dreams and Secrets resorts, but the booking system is a nightmare and almost every date is blacked out unless you plan a year ahead.
