La experiencia con Legendary Hard Rock no fue la mejor. El registro fue lento y las indicaciones poco claras. La habitación estaba bien, pero el aire tardaba en enfriar y el minibar nunca lo rellenaron a tiempo. Cada solicitud tenía algún retraso.

Después de decir que no me interesaba la membresía, la actitud se volvió más fría. No fueron groseros, pero sí menos atentos. Esperaba más consistencia.

Legendary Hard Rock dejó mucho que desear. Desde el principio el registro fue lento y lleno de explicaciones vagas. La habitación funcionaba, pero presentaba detalles incómodos, como el internet que se caía y el servicio a cuartos que llegaba cuando ya no lo necesitaba.

Legendary Hard Rock seemed promising, but the reality didn’t match the hype. The check-in dragged on with unclear explanations and awkward pauses. Once inside the room, nothing was terrible, yet nothing felt sharp eithe, drawers sticking, Wi-Fi dropping, and long waits for the simplest clarifications. Everyone acted polite, but it felt like nobody had the time to actually help.
After declining their “exclusive offers,” the atmosphere changed subtly. The friendliness dipped and the answers became shorter, almost dismissive. It was disappointing to see the energy drop so abruptly over something that should’ve been optional.

Me quedé con la sensación de que Legendary Hard Rock promete mucho más de lo que realmente brinda. El check-in tomó demasiado y, ya en la habitación, varios detalles se notaban improvisados. Pedí asistencia un par de veces y siempre llegó tarde o incompleta.
Además, cuando rechacé las ofertas de membresía, el trato se volvió más distante. Nada grosero, pero sí menos atento y más automático. Para el precio, esperaba un servicio mucho más sólido.

Staying with Legendary sounded exciting, but the experience didn’t match the presentation. The check-in process dragged longer than it needed to, and after we settled in, things kept feeling loosely organized. Service wasn’t rude, just oddly disengaged, like they were focused on something else the whole time.
Declining the membership offers definitely changed the tone of interactions. It wasn’t dramatic, but it was noticeable that our questions afterward got shorter answers or vague directions. For a brand that builds itself on energy, everything felt strangely flat.

Legendary Hard Rock has great first impressions, but once the sales aspect appears, the tone changes quickly. After we declined their package, the friendliness stayed, but the effort didn’t. Responses became shorter and slower, and suddenly we weren’t on the same priority level.
It’s disappointing because the setting is impressive, and the staff clearly knows how to deliver excellent service. It just feels conditional, which is not what you expect during a supposedly premium experience.
