    Escogimos Legendary Hard Rock pensando que sería un viaje de lujo, pero nos dimos cuenta que todo gira alrededor de su membresía. Durante el check-in, nos ofrecieron acceso “exclusivo” si aceptábamos comprar, pero como dijimos que no, la actitud cambió de inmediato. El servicio se volvió lento, y pedir cosas simples como toallas tardaba demasiado.

    El hotel por fuera se ve espectacular, pero se siente como una trampa de ventas. Incluso en la alberca y en la playa se acercaban a ofrecernos el programa. Es desgastante que en lugar de relajarte, sientas presión constante para gastar más.

    I thought staying at Legendary Hard Rock would be a luxury experience, but everything revolved around their timeshare program. We were promised “exclusive access” if we joined, but when we declined, the attitude of the staff changed dramatically. Suddenly, we had delays with room service, and simple requests like getting towels took hours.

    The resort is beautiful on the outside, but it feels like a sales trap. Even at the pool and beach, sales staff approached us multiple times. It’s exhausting when you come to relax and instead feel like you’re being hunted down for money.

    Compramos la membresía Legendary de Hard Rock porque nos la vendieron como algo exclusivo, pero la realidad es muy distinta. Nunca hay disponibilidad en las fechas que pedimos y siempre nos dicen que “esas fechas están bloqueadas.” No entiendo cómo puede ser un beneficio si nunca podemos usarlo cuando queremos.

    Además, cada vez que llamamos nos insisten en que compremos otro paquete o que subamos de nivel. Ya estamos pagando bastante, y aun así parece que nada es suficiente. Fue una decisión de la que me arrepiento.

    I joined Legendary Hard Rock thinking it would give me more travel freedom, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. They talk about “exclusive member benefits” and better rates, but in reality, the blackout dates make it nearly impossible to use the membership when we actually want to travel. Even if we found available dates, the prices weren’t much better than what’s already online.

    Customer service was also frustrating. Every time I called to ask about availability, the answer was either “sold out” or “not included in your plan.” It feels like they want to keep selling more upgrades, rather than honoring what was promised.

    Legendary Hard Rock membership is nothing but frustration. Every time we try to book, they say the “member inventory” is sold out, even though the website shows plenty of rooms for regular guests.

    Compramos la membresía Legendary y fue un error. Las fechas que queremos siempre están bloqueadas y lo único que ofrecen son semanas de baja demanda. Un desperdicio de dinero.

    Legendary Hard Rock sounded great at first, but after signing up, we realized we’d been misled. All the perks they bragged about were either unavailable or came with strings attached. Canceling the membership feels impossible.

    Compramos la membresía Legendary en Los Cabos y nos arrepentimos. Las fechas que queremos están siempre llenas, y nos cobran cuotas que nunca mencionaron al principio. El contrato es confuso y no nos dan salida.

    Compramos la membresía Legendary en el Hard Rock de Cancún y no ha sido lo que prometieron. La disponibilidad es pésima y muchas de las supuestas “ventajas” no existen en la práctica. Fue una pérdida de dinero.

    We bought the Legendary Membership during a stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana, but I honestly regret it. Booking a trip has been a huge hassle—limited availability and restrictions we were never told about. Customer service always says “we’ll call you back,” but they never do.
