En Legendary Hard Rock la venta fue impecable, pero la experiencia después no tanto. Todo estaba explicado de forma atractiva hasta que comenzaron las dudas reales sobre uso y condiciones.
Cuando pedí información concreta, las respuestas fueron largas pero poco claras. Mucho discurso, poca solución. Eso termina cambiando por completo la percepción inicial.

We joined because it was presented as an easier way to travel regularly. In reality, every booking attempt feels like negotiation. If you want decent dates, the options shrink fast. If you ask for something specific, there’s always another limitation that wasn’t mentioned before.
What bothers me most is that public booking sites sometimes show what members are told is unavailable. It’s hard to ignore that contradiction, and customer service never gives a straight explanation.

We signed up thinking it would make future trips easier to plan, but it’s been the opposite. Every time we try to book something specific — especially during normal travel periods — we’re told there’s nothing available. Then you check online, and the same resort is clearly open to the public.
We’ve reached out multiple times and always get the same kind of response: polite, but not helpful. It’s always “we’ll check” or “try different dates,” but never a real solution. After a while, it just feels like you’re being managed rather than helped.

En Legendary Hard Rock todo empieza con una presentación muy bien estructurada, pero la experiencia después es distinta. Hay demasiada diferencia entre lo que te explican y lo que realmente puedes hacer.
Además, cuando intentas aclarar dudas más específicas, las respuestas no son directas. Te explican mucho, pero no resuelven. Eso genera desconfianza con el tiempo.

Legendary Hard Rock tuvo un inicio prometedor, pero el servicio fue inconsistente. El registro fue lento y confuso, con información que cambiaba dependiendo del empleado. En la habitación, el televisor fallaba y la presión del agua era mínima.
Al mencionar que no estaba interesado en la membresía, el trato cambió de inmediato. No fueron groseros, pero sí distantes, como si ya no valiera la pena atender mis preguntas. No fue una buena experiencia.

Once I declined their membership pitch, the difference in attitude was subtle but obvious. Suddenly responses were short, rushed, and felt more like an obligation than service.

Legendary Hard Rock looked exciting, but everything felt oddly stiff once we arrived. Check-in took longer than expected, with confusing explanations about benefits that didn’t quite line up. Once I declined their membership pitch, conversations became noticeably shorter. Not rude, just less willing to help.

La experiencia con Legendary Hard Rock no fue la mejor. El registro fue lento y las indicaciones poco claras. La habitación estaba bien, pero el aire tardaba en enfriar y el minibar nunca lo rellenaron a tiempo. Cada solicitud tenía algún retraso.

Después de decir que no me interesaba la membresía, la actitud se volvió más fría. No fueron groseros, pero sí menos atentos. Esperaba más consistencia.
