En Legendary Hard Rock la mayor decepción fue notar que muchas cosas no funcionan como parecían durante la presentación.
Al principio todo suena flexible y conveniente, pero después aparecen restricciones, fechas difíciles de conseguir y condiciones que cambian completamente la experiencia. Es una diferencia bastante grande entre la expectativa y la realidad.
The membership sounded like a great way to secure better vacations, but actually using it has been far more restrictive than expected. The dates we wanted were rarely available, and every option seemed to come with another condition attached.
The most frustrating part is that the presentation created a very different impression. After becoming a member, you start discovering limitations that weren’t made clear when you were deciding whether to sign.

Al intentar aprovechar la membresía aparecen limitaciones, fechas complicadas y condiciones que no estaban tan presentes al principio. Esa diferencia termina siendo una gran decepción para muchos propietarios.
The membership was sold as a way to make vacations easier and more enjoyable, but using it has been a completely different experience. The dates we actually wanted were difficult to secure, and the options provided rarely matched what we were expecting.
After comparing our experience with what was explained during the presentation, the difference became obvious. The benefits sounded much more flexible before signing than they actually feel now.
When we signed up, the membership was described as a way to make future vacations easier. Instead, trying to actually use it has involved limited availability, restrictions, and a lot of uncertainty about what benefits are truly included.
The biggest disappointment is realizing that the experience after purchasing doesn’t feel like the one that was described during the presentation. The excitement wears off when every reservation requires extra effort.

Las fechas disponibles son más limitadas de lo esperado y muchas ventajas vienen con requisitos adicionales. La diferencia entre lo que imaginaba y lo que realmente pude utilizar fue bastante grande.
The membership was presented as a way to make traveling easier, but the reality has been full of limitations. Every time we try to plan a trip, we run into restrictions, dates that don’t work, or additional conditions that were never explained properly.
The biggest disappointment is that the benefits sounded much better during the sales presentation than they feel when you actually try to use them. It’s frustrating paying for access and still feeling like you have to fight for availability.
The membership sounded incredible during the presentation. Flexible vacations, exclusive booking advantages, priority access, all of it seemed worth the investment at the time. The reality has been far more frustrating. Every booking attempt turns into a cycle of unavailable dates, restrictions, and suggestions to “try again later.”
What made me finally lose confidence was comparing availability online. Regular guests could reserve rooms that members were supposedly unable to access. Customer service stays polite throughout the process, but the conversations rarely lead anywhere useful.
