The room at Westgate Smoky Mountain was decent, but the constant sales pressure ruined it. We said no to the presentation at check-in, but they kept calling and leaving notes. That alone made us not want to come back.

We stayed at Westgate Lakes and were constantly pushed to go to their ownership seminar. Even after saying no, they left notes on our door and called our room. I don’t appreciate being chased down when I’m just trying to enjoy a weekend.

Westgate Smoky Mountain looked good on paper, but the experience didn’t match. The room had some maintenance issues, and there were constant sales calls about attending their ownership presentation. Even after saying no twice, they kept calling. Not how I wanted to spend my vacation time.

Incluso llamaron a nuestra habitación. Queríamos descansar, no sentirnos acosados.

I stayed at Westgate Town Center in Florida, and while the property itself is big, everything felt overbooked and chaotic. The pool was always packed, and the parking situation was a headache. On top of that, I kept getting calls about attending a presentation I had no interest in. It felt more stressful than relaxing.

Westgate Lakes was not what I thought it would be. We got a decent-sized room, but the place felt very worn out. They kept calling us to attend a sales presentation even though we said no at check-in. I was hoping for a relaxing trip and instead felt pressured the whole time. Wouldn’t go back.
