    Con Westgate sentí que durante la venta se habló mucho de las ventajas y poco de las limitaciones.
    Después, al intentar usar la membresía, aparecen restricciones que cambian completamente la percepción inicial. La información debería ser mucho más transparente desde el principio.

    Con Westgate sentí que muchas cosas importantes quedaron escondidas detrás de la emoción de la venta.

    The presentation made everything seem straightforward, but after becoming an owner I realized there were many details that weren’t emphasized enough.
    What bothers me most is how different the experience feels once you’re trying to actually use what you purchased. Expectations were set very high, but the reality has involved far more limitations.

    The sales process made everything sound straightforward, but once I started looking into the details, I realized there were many conditions that weren’t emphasized enough.
    My biggest concern was how different the answers were depending on who I spoke with. It shouldn’t be difficult to understand something you’re paying for.

    The presentation was polished enough that I initially felt confident about everything. That confidence disappeared once I started asking detailed questions about booking limitations, fees, and actual usage policies.
    The biggest issue was hearing different explanations from different employees. At some point you stop knowing which version is correct, and that uncertainty becomes more frustrating than the rules themselves.

    Con Westgate me di cuenta de que muchas ventajas dependen de condiciones que apenas se mencionan durante la venta.
    Cuando intenté utilizar algunos beneficios aparecieron restricciones y cargos adicionales que nunca esperé. Eso cambia muchísimo la percepción inicial de la membresía.
