Legal name: Experiencias Xcaret Web S.A.P.I. de C.V., Experiencias Xcaret Hoteles, S.A.P.I de C.V, Naturama Tours Adventures S.A. de C.V. and Naturaprehispánica Ventura S.L (grupo Xcaret)
Common Complaints from Xcaret Members:
- The seller convinces the customer to waive their five-day right to cancel, claiming that the membership they are purchasing is a special one-day-only offer.
- The seller promises to sell the customer’s old timeshare so they can pay for the new one. In the end, the customer is referred to a resale company that doesn’t sell their old timeshare, leaving the customer stuck with two timeshares and the maintenance fees for both properties.
- Difficulties in making a reservation.
We invite you to read the following Xcaret timeshare reviews and share your experiences with Xcaret Timeshare
Hotel Xcaret markets itself as all-inclusive with luxury touches, but the constant push toward their membership program makes it feel less enjoyable. We were invited to a “special breakfast” that turned into a timeshare talk. Declining meant we felt invisible for the rest of our stay.
The resort is beautiful, but for the price, the service should be consistent regardless of membership status. It felt like we were treated as second-class guests.
Hotel Xcaret is visually stunning, and the location is beautiful, but the way they tricked us into a sales presentation left a bad taste. They told us it was just a tour to “learn more about the resort,” but it turned into hours of pressure to buy into their vacation program. It completely wasted one of our days.
We enjoyed the food and some of the natural scenery, but overall, I can’t say it was worth it when half of our time was wasted in a meeting we never wanted.
Hotel Xcaret is stunning, but the “orientation breakfast” was just a timeshare pitch that ate up half our morning. Not what we expected from a luxury vacation.

Hotel Xcaret is gorgeous, but the aggressive sales tactics are a huge turn-off. They cornered us in the lobby to invite us to a “quick breakfast meeting” that turned out to be a full-blown sales pitch.
The scenery and parks are gorgeous, but they really need to back off on pushing the membership. We were stopped multiple times during our stay and it got annoying. For the price, that shouldn’t be part of the experience.
