Legal name: Experiencias Xcaret Web S.A.P.I. de C.V., Experiencias Xcaret Hoteles, S.A.P.I de C.V, Naturama Tours Adventures S.A. de C.V. and Naturaprehispánica Ventura S.L (grupo Xcaret)
Common Complaints from Xcaret Members:
- The seller convinces the customer to waive their five-day right to cancel, claiming that the membership they are purchasing is a special one-day-only offer.
- The seller promises to sell the customer’s old timeshare so they can pay for the new one. In the end, the customer is referred to a resale company that doesn’t sell their old timeshare, leaving the customer stuck with two timeshares and the maintenance fees for both properties.
- Difficulties in making a reservation.

Xcaret is beautiful, but the logistics are chaotic. Constant miscommunication with transportation and restaurant bookings. Not relaxing when you're constantly trying to figure things out.
Hotel Xcaret was a mixed bag. The location is stunning, but the logistics are poor. Too much confusion about reservations for restaurants and parks, and the staff doesn’t give consistent info.
Hotel Xcaret looks amazing in videos, but the service didn’t live up to it. It was hard to get clear answers from anyone. And navigating the “included” tours was way more confusing than expected
Hotel Xcaret looks amazing on the surface, but it’s just way too commercial. Everything is about tours, packages, or clubs. Not much peace and quiet. And the club pitch was more aggressive than I expected.
Mucho ruido, poco descanso.
Beautiful setting, but Hotel Xcaret feels more like a schedule than a vacation. There’s pressure to join a “club” and it just didn’t feel personal. Wouldn’t go again.
