Con Vacation Village aprendí que una cosa es comprar una membresía y otra muy distinta intentar modificarla después.
Durante la presentación todo parecía bastante fácil, pero cuando empiezas a preguntar sobre cambios o cancelaciones aparecen procesos más complicados. Muchas personas no conocen esa parte hasta que ya están dentro.

Trying to get direct answers from Vacation Village has been surprisingly difficult. I asked what options existed for making changes to my membership and somehow ended up with multiple explanations that contradicted each other entirely.
The exhausting part is that every conversation feels unfinished. You leave thinking you finally understand the process, then someone else introduces another rule or condition that completely changes things again.
