Nothing during our stay was bad enough to make us want to leave, but there were enough little hiccups to keep pulling us out of vacation mode. We'd ask for something simple, assume it had been handled, and later realize we needed to follow up again.
Those repeated interruptions eventually became the story of the trip. Looking back, I don't remember one major complaint—I remember constantly having to stop relaxing so we could sort something out.
