I stayed at Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta hoping for a fun family trip, but instead we got mediocre food, rooms that felt dated, and constant offers to join their ownership program. The “ocean view” room we paid for barely overlooked the sea. Very disappointing.
En Crown Paradise Club Cancún la habitación estaba anticuada, la limpieza no era constante y el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable. Peor aún: cada día al bajar al desayuno alguien nos abordaba para hablar de su membresía vacacional. Negativo para unas vacaciones.
Me hospedé en Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta y fue pura decepción. El cuarto viejo, el aire fallando, y el personal más enfocado en vender membresías que en atender. No hay nada de “paraíso” en un lugar donde te sientes estafado.
Stayed at Crown Paradise Club Cancún and honestly wish I hadn’t. The food was bland, our ocean-view room faced a wall, and the AC barely worked. The “all-inclusive” felt like a joke—half the restaurants were closed. What really irritated me was how they tried to push a vacation plan on us right after check-in.
