Malos tratos con este resort, si no quieren perder su tiempo y sobre todo su dinero no se acerquen , solo te envuelven con puras mentiras y una ves que compras y te hacen firmar todo cambia, no es lo que prometen en la presentacion de tiempo compartido , he perdido mucho dinero con ellos y de verdad que me urge ya cancelar , no puedo pagar algo que ni siquiera el resort me permite usar !
Hola , actualmente estoy desesperada buscando la forma de como cancelar mi tiempo compartido con ellos ya que no quieren darme la cancelacion por el contrato y quien sabe cuanto mas, no puedo seguir pagandolo ya que tuve un problema con mi pension , ayuda porfavor!
a beauty resort, but is a shame how their staff operate this resort, the salespitch is something very annoying , forcing you to acquire a timeshare is not fair..we said no thanks many times to those persons and they never gave up, so in my opinion just avoid the timeshare presentations please.
La cuaota anual esta elevadisima, y me dicen que no puedo ni cancelar ni vender mi membresia, la cual dicho de paso nunca la he usado, pues nunca tienen disponibilidad ni en la fechas ni lugares en donde he deseado ir a vacacionar, y francamente no estoy dispuesto a seguir pagando por algo que no utilizo ni me da el servicio que ofrecio en su contrato
Prevengamos un posible fraude. Fui informado en mi ultima visita (en la actualizacion de informes) que club regina habia entrado en suspension, quedando Raintree (abogados de houston) al frente de la administracion. A su vez estos ya habrian vendido a Marriot tanto el hotel Regina, como nuestros tiempos campartidos.
La empresa Gusa (de monterrey), se encargaria de fondear el dinero para la recuperacion del antiguo club regina.
Esta informacion fue otorgada en mi ultima visita en diciembre 2015. El hotel y el timepo comrpartido se encuentran con una administracion y servicios bastante deficiente.
He intentado aclarar esta situacion con Raintree, obteniendo por respuesta solo evasivas. Quizas podemos iniciar levantando un senso de todas las personas que nos vemos afectadas para contratar una defensa adecuada a nuestros intereses.
Pues yo cai, pero reaccione al 3er dia despues de aver invedtigado bien. Gracias a Dios nos dan 5 dias habiles para cancelar todo por medio de la profeco, por ende perdi dias de mis vacaciones pero nos quitamos ese peso de encima.
Gracias!!!! por los comentarios leidos no caí. Perdi mas de tres horas de mis vacaciones en Cancun, pero finalmente hay que ponerse serios y decir rotundamente NO QUEREMOS!!!! su "oferta especial". Ojo a la personas que van de vaciones en los aeropuertos y en varias agencias intentan engancharte con la devolución de algun tour que hayas realizado o pagarte alguno con tremendo descuento. No acepten sus ofertas y lean bien lo que firman.
las cuotas de mantenimiento me estan matando, de verdad no podemos seguir pagando porque se aferran a seguir cobrandonos un servicio que ya no queremos..actualmente mi familia y yo estamos muy afectados con la compra de un tiempo compartido con estas personas, necesitamos ayuda urgente porfavor y el resort no nos hace caso.

A veces me ha funcionado. Efectivamente està sobrevendido si se trata de algunos resorts y argumentan que compras y puede ir a cualquiera.
Estàn ofreciendo al cabo de 10 años devolverte lo que te costó a cambio de un pago muy elevado. El cual también te regresan. Su ganancia está en el 8.9 % que te cobran sobre la cantidad total que te devolverán.
Si alguien sabe como cancelar avísenme.

Me parece injusto los mantenimientos tan elevados.
