    I signed up for Royal Holiday thinking it would give us access to great resorts worldwide, but it turned into one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The yearly fees keep climbing, and when you actually try to book a vacation, the availability is a joke. Places are either sold out or require more “points” than you actually have.

    Canceling has been almost impossible. They dodge your calls, avoid emails, and do everything to keep you locked into the contract. It feels like they design the system to trap people.

    Royal Holiday made our trip a nightmare. The presentation dragged on for hours, and no matter how many times we said no, they refused to let us leave without making us feel guilty. They kept pushing financing options and “special discounts,” but it was all smoke and mirrors. Once I looked online, I realized many people had the exact same complaint.

    The membership is confusing and full of restrictions. They make it sound flexible, but when you try to book, the options are extremely limited. I felt scammed, and I’d never recommend them to anyone.

    Mi experiencia con Royal Holiday ha sido muy negativa. Al principio todo sonaba bien, pero en cuanto intentas usar la membresía, surgen los problemas. Las “ofertas” casi siempre tienen restricciones, y la disponibilidad es mínima. Los supuestos beneficios se convierten en gastos extras.

    Cuando pedimos cancelar, empezaron las evasivas. No hay una respuesta clara y siempre buscan alargar el proceso. Me siento atrapada en algo que no corresponde con lo que vendieron. Recomiendo a cualquiera informarse muy bien antes de firmar con ellos.

    Royal Holiday es un engaño total. Nos prometieron viajes flexibles y descuentos exclusivos, pero la realidad es otra. Siempre hay fechas bloqueadas, tarifas escondidas y disponibilidad limitada. Intentar reservar algo se vuelve un calvario.

    Lo peor ha sido tratar de cancelar. Nos han pasado de un representante a otro sin darnos ninguna solución concreta. Es evidente que ponen trabas a propósito para que no puedas salir del contrato. Ha sido una de las experiencias más frustrantes que he tenido con una empresa.

    Royal Holiday was one of the most frustrating memberships I’ve dealt with. They make everything sound appealing when you sign up, but the reality is very different.     La membresía de Royal Holiday fue una de las peores decisiones que tomamos. Nos vendieron la idea de beneficios exclusivos, pero todo resultó ser engañoso. Las cuotas anuales son altas y siempre aumentan, mientras que las vacaciones que realmente queríamos nunca estaban disponibles.

    Intentamos cancelar y fue un martirio. Nos pedían documentos, nos daban excusas y al final no resolvían nada. Es muy frustrante seguir pagando algo que no nos da ningún beneficio.

    Entramos a Royal Holiday convencidos de que ahorraríamos en viajes, pero fue un error. Los puntos nunca alcanzan para lo que ofrecen y cada vez que intentamos reservar, no hay disponibilidad en las fechas que necesitamos. Al final terminamos gastando más por fuera.

    El tema de la cancelación es otro problema. Es un proceso muy complicado y el personal no te da respuestas claras, solo te transfieren de un lado a otro. Nos sentimos atrapados con un contrato que no sirve.

    I joined Royal Holiday thinking I’d save money on vacations, but it’s the opposite. The annual fees keep going up, and on top of that, availability for the resorts we wanted was almost never open. We had to settle for less desirable locations.

    When I tried to discuss canceling, customer service gave me the runaround. No one wants to help, and it feels like they just want to keep collecting payments no matter what. It’s stressful and disappointing.
