Playa del Sol no longer exists in its original form. Its properties have been sold off, rebranded, or absorbed by other companies. For example:
- Playa del Sol Grand was taken over by Bel Air Collection (which itself no longer exists).
- Some properties now operate independently under different management.
However, the timeshare contracts owners signed did not disappear when the brand did. Many former owners still face complications from these agreements.

nevery buy a timeshare, do not agree to sales presentation, enjoy your vacations and don't get caught with the timeshare lies!
Yes, we were caught in this timeshare trap too. They told us that they'll rent our timeshare, but it never happened!
I have been told that they are paying money to certain websites to keep their profile in a good light! And also there have been a lot of court cases with them in the U.S.
Playa Del Sol is a complete scam and rip off. Their owner Ken Molinaro should be in jail. Avoid this rip off at all costs.
