- One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Viva Wyndham Maya´s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract
- Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Viva Wyndham feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.
- Salespeople claim that the points have more value than they actually do for exchange purposes.This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points.
- Many clients have complained that when they go to cancel within the 5 day period, they tell them that their deposit is non-refundable.

We stayed at Viva Wyndham Azteca excited for a relaxing week, but the rooms looked tired, and the air conditioning was spotty at best. The buffet felt like a rerun: same bland dishes every day, with limited variety even by the third night. To make things worse, staff kept stopping us to invite us to a “special meeting” — which turned out to be a timeshare sales pitch.
En Viva Wyndham Dominicus, esperaba unas vacaciones tranquilas y resultó todo lo contrario. La habitación tenía humedad y el servicio de limpieza era irregular. Nos abordaban cada rato para invitarnos a una presentación, y a pesar de decir que no, seguían insistiendo. No es la experiencia relajante que prometen.
En Viva Wyndham Dominicus, la habitación tenía goteras y un olor a humedad que nunca desapareció. La comida del buffet estaba servida sin cuidado, y cada que pedíamos hablar con alguien de gerencia nos redirigían a otro departamento. Se supone que es un resort all-inclusive, pero parecíamos huéspedes de tercera categoría.
Our stay at Viva Wyndham Dominicus was honestly disappointing. The staff looked overworked and uninterested, the room smelled musty, and we couldn’t get a straight answer about anything we asked. What really ruined it was the constant pressure to attend a “presentation” that turned out to be a timeshare pitch. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.
Estuve en Viva Wyndham Azteca y fue una gran decepción. El hotel luce viejo, las comidas repetitivas y el personal parece cansado de escuchar quejas. Además, nos insistieron demasiado con lo del club vacacional. Queríamos relajarnos, no sentirnos en una oficina de ventas.
Viva Wyndham Tangerine was far from the “beach paradise” it promised online. The resort is rundown, the food was repetitive, and the drinks were watered down. Worst of all, the staff kept trying to lure us into their “membership presentation.” It felt more like a sales convention than a vacation.
En Viva Wyndham Maya, las fotos engañan. El hotel se ve bonito desde lejos, pero las habitaciones están viejas y huelen a humedad. Intentamos disfrutar de la playa, pero te abordan todo el tiempo con sus ofertas de membresía. No hay descanso posible cuando lo único que quieren es vender.
We stayed at Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach, and honestly, the photos online are way better than reality. The room was small, outdated, and smelled like mildew. Every time we asked for something simple like towels or bottled water, it took forever. The so-called “entertainment” was just loud music at night keeping everyone awake. Not the relaxing Caribbean getaway we hoped for.
En Viva Wyndham Azteca la experiencia fue decepcionante. El aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba y el personal no mostraba interés en resolver nada. Además, te presionan demasiado con lo del tiempo compartido; insistieron en que asistiera a una presentación incluso después de decirles que no. Terminamos más cansados que cuando llegamos.
Stayed at Viva Wyndham Tangerine in Cabarete and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The staff was friendly at first, but as soon as we declined their “special membership offer,” that politeness vanished. The food was repetitive, the drinks watered down, and our air conditioner broke twice in one week. Not worth the stress or the money.
