- One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Viva Wyndham Maya´s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract
- Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Viva Wyndham feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.
- Salespeople claim that the points have more value than they actually do for exchange purposes.This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points.
- Many clients have complained that when they go to cancel within the 5 day period, they tell them that their deposit is non-refundable.

En Viva Wyndham Azteca, la habitación estaba descuidada y el aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba. No parecía un hotel de cuatro estrellas.
Stayed at Viva Wyndham V Samaná and left disappointed. The food was repetitive, and most of it tasted bland. The drinks were watered down too.
Viva Wyndham Fortuna Bay looked good online, but in reality, the rooms were outdated, the bed was lumpy, and the bathroom had a constant leak. Maintenance came by once and never returned.
En Viva Wyndham Dominicus, la habitación estaba llena de humedad y olía muy mal. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido toda la noche y apenas enfriaba. Una experiencia incómoda.
En Viva Wyndham Dominicus nos prometieron actividades y buena atención, pero nada que ver. El personal parecía molesto cada vez que pedíamos algo y la comida era reciclada. Mala experiencia.
We stayed at Viva Wyndham Tangerine. Honestly, it didn’t meet expectations. The food choices were repetitive, the drinks were watered down, and our air conditioner barely worked. When we asked for help, they just said they were “fully booked.”
El hotel Viva Wyndham Maya fue decepcionante. La habitación tenía olor a humedad, el personal parecía desinteresado y la comida era muy básica. Además, nos ofrecieron asistir a una plática de tiempos compartidos sin mencionar que era una venta forzada.
Viva Wyndham Dominicus had great scenery, but that’s where the good part ended. The food was bland and cold most of the time. Housekeeping skipped our room twice. And the people selling the timeshare wouldn’t leave us alone no matter how many times we said we weren’t interested.
Nos hospedamos en Viva Wyndham Azteca. Al principio todo parecía bien, pero después fue decepción tras decepción. El servicio al cliente fue grosero cuando pedimos cambiar de habitación por ruidos constantes. Aparte, nos insistieron varias veces con el tiempo compartido aunque ya habíamos dicho que no.
The beach was gorgeous, sure, but everything else fell flat. Our room at Viva Wyndham in the Dominican Republic had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away, and the A/C barely worked. Worst part? We were constantly approached by timeshare reps. We said "no" like five times, and they just kept circling back like it was a game. It honestly made it hard to relax.
