Fiesta Americana Cozumel had a nice beach, but the service completely ruined the stay. Staff seemed unmotivated, check-in took ages, and the drinks at the bar were always served in tiny plastic cups.
En Fiesta Americana Acapulco, el ruido de las fiestas se escuchaba toda la noche y nadie del hotel hizo nada. El desayuno fue lo más básico posible y nada parecido a lo que se anuncia en su publicidad.
Fiesta Americana in Los Cabos had a beautiful view, but that’s about all I can praise. We had to wait over an hour to get seated for dinner, and room service was either cold or arrived late. The value for money is not there.
En Fiesta Americana Cancún, el problema principal fue el ruido. Las habitaciones no estaban bien aisladas y apenas pudimos descansar. Además, nos presionaron demasiado para asistir a sus pláticas de membresía.

Fiesta Americana has a great location, but that’s about where the positives stop. Service was very inconsistent, with some staff being kind while others acted like they didn’t want to be there. The restaurants had long waits, and once seated, it often took ages to get served. For the amount we paid, I expected smoother operations.
The room also had issues: the shower leaked, and the balcony door didn’t lock properly. When I reported it, maintenance didn’t come until the following day. I don’t think I’ll be returning, as the frustration outweighed the enjoyment.
Fiesta Americana nos decepcionó en varios aspectos. La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Algunos empleados fueron atentos, pero otros actuaban con apatía total. Además, las filas para cenar eran largas, y cuando al fin conseguías mesa, tardaban demasiado en atender.
La habitación tampoco cumplió con lo esperado. La regadera goteaba constantemente y la puerta del balcón estaba floja, lo cual no se sentía seguro. Reportamos el problema y tardaron un día en enviar a alguien. Con tantas molestias, es difícil pensar en regresar.
Fiesta Americana me quedó a deber. La playa estaba bien, pero las instalaciones del resort parecían descuidadas. Los pasillos tenían poca luz y los elevadores tardaban muchísimo. La habitación era amplia, pero tenía un olor a humedad que no desapareció en toda la estancia.
El servicio fue irregular. Algunos empleados eran atentos, pero otros parecían molestos cuando pedíamos algo. Por lo que cobran, pensé que sería una experiencia superior, pero terminó siendo bastante común y decepcionante.
I had higher expectations for Fiesta Americana. The beach area was decent, but the resort itself felt neglected. The hallways were dimly lit, and the elevators took forever. Our room was spacious, but there was a musty smell that never went away no matter how much we aired it out.
Service was hit or miss. Some employees were attentive, but others seemed uninterested or even annoyed when we asked for help. For the price, I thought it would be a step above average, but it ended up feeling very mediocre.
