The Fiesta Americana in Cancun looked luxurious online, but once we got there, it felt very average. Our room had a leaking sink, and the dining options were limited unless you paid more. Also, the constant upselling was frustrating.
No me gustó que en Fiesta Americana insistieran tanto con la venta de su club vacacional. Íbamos a descansar y acabamos evitando al personal. Además, la habitación tenía detalles que nunca arreglaron.
Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta didn’t meet expectations. Long waits at every restaurant, and our room had plumbing issues. What really bothered us was how pushy they were about their membership club. That wasn’t what we went there for.
Fuimos a Fiesta Americana Cozumel. El lugar está bien, pero hubo muchos detalles molestos: reservas que no respetaban, personal confundido, y encima la insistencia diaria con la membresía. Cansa mucho eso.
At Fiesta Americana Cancun, the beach was nice, but everything else felt half-hearted. Slow room service, missing amenities, and constant pressure about joining their vacation club. Not worth the hassle.

The resort was alright, but not great for the price. At Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta, the service was hit-or-miss and there was a lot of pressure about joining their club. I just wanted to relax, not sit through more sales talks.

Fiesta Americana in Los Cabos had nice views, but it felt like we were being sold something the entire time. Every day we got approached about their “club.” It took away from the vacation experience. The food was fine, but nothing special.
El hotel Fiesta Americana tiene buenas vistas, pero no me gustó que nos presionaran para asistir a pláticas de membresía. Dijimos que no desde el inicio, pero siguieron insistiendo. Un viaje debería ser para descansar, no para eso.
