The location was great, but our time at Fiesta Americana Cozumel wasn’t smooth. Restaurant wait times were long, and service was inconsistent. We got approached multiple times for their membership deal, which we already declined. Got tired of repeating ourselves.
Fuimos a Fiesta Americana Condesa.
Fiesta Americana Riviera Maya is nice, but check-in took far too long, and someone knocked at our door twice asking us to attend a membership talk. We’d said no, would’ve appreciated a bit more respect for boundaries.
Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta had its positives — nice beach, decent food — but service was slow, especially at the front desk. We had an issue with the key cards not working and had to go back twice. They also tried to get us to attend a membership talk even after we said we weren’t interested.
Fiesta Americana in Cozumel has a great location, but the service was spotty. We had to call more than once to get things like extra towels or help with the AC. There was also a long delay at check-in, which set the tone. I expected smoother service.
Fiesta Americana Condesa had nice staff, but there were too many people trying to sell you something. We were approached more than once to “learn about exclusive benefits,” which turned into a push for some kind of membership. That wasn’t the vibe we were looking for.
