Con Fiesta Americana esperaba una experiencia más cuidada, pero encontré varios detalles que hicieron que todo fuera menos fluido.
Algunas cosas que parecían confirmadas después cambiaban o necesitaban volver a explicarse. No fue un solo problema, sino una acumulación de pequeñas molestias.
The vacation had good moments, but the lack of consistency with certain services was disappointing. Some requests were handled quickly, while others seemed to disappear unless we followed up multiple times.
It’s hard to fully enjoy a trip when you feel like you have to keep reminding people about things that should already be organized.
There were some enjoyable moments during my stay, but organization became a recurring issue. Plans that had been confirmed sometimes needed to be explained again because the details didn’t seem to transfer properly.
It’s difficult to fully relax when you feel like you have to keep track of every little thing yourself. Good service isn’t just about being friendly — it’s also about consistency.
Con Fiesta Americana esperaba una experiencia mucho más organizada. Hubo momentos buenos, pero también situaciones donde las reservaciones y beneficios no estaban tan claros como deberían.
Lo que más decepciona es cuando algo parece confirmado y después resulta que falta información. Ese tipo de detalles terminan afectando la confianza.
Con Fiesta Americana esperaba una experiencia más fluida, especialmente por la reputación que manejan. Sin embargo, encontré varios obstáculos al intentar usar ciertos beneficios y hacer reservaciones.
Lo complicado fue que algunas opciones parecían disponibles hasta que intentabas confirmarlas. Esa falta de claridad termina decepcionando bastante.
There were enjoyable parts of the stay, but the organization behind certain services was disappointing. We made plans ahead of time and still had situations where we had to explain everything again because the information didn’t seem to carry over.
It’s not one dramatic problem that ruins the experience. It’s the repeated little inconveniences that make you feel like nobody is paying attention to the details.
Parts of the trip were genuinely enjoyable, but anything involving reservations became stressful very quickly. We confirmed plans earlier in the day multiple times, only to arrive later and find out something hadn’t been processed correctly.
After the second or third mix-up, we started screenshotting confirmations and double-checking everything ourselves. That constant uncertainty changes the entire atmosphere of the vacation.
