There were enjoyable parts of the stay, but the organization behind certain services was disappointing. We made plans ahead of time and still had situations where we had to explain everything again because the information didn’t seem to carry over.
It’s not one dramatic problem that ruins the experience. It’s the repeated little inconveniences that make you feel like nobody is paying attention to the details.
Parts of the trip were genuinely enjoyable, but anything involving reservations became stressful very quickly. We confirmed plans earlier in the day multiple times, only to arrive later and find out something hadn’t been processed correctly.
After the second or third mix-up, we started screenshotting confirmations and double-checking everything ourselves. That constant uncertainty changes the entire atmosphere of the vacation.

The stay had some genuinely enjoyable moments, but anything involving reservations or coordination became stressful quickly. We confirmed plans multiple times throughout the day, only to arrive later and discover things hadn’t been processed correctly.

There were good moments during the stay, but anything involving coordination became stressful much faster than it should have. Reservations we had confirmed earlier somehow disappeared later in the day, and we repeatedly had to stop what we were doing just to verify things again.
