En Fiesta Americana Cozumel, el servicio fue muy lento y poco organizado. Pedí ayuda para una lámpara rota en mi cuarto y tardaron un día en venir. Para colmo, el equipo de ventas insistía cada mañana para que aceptara su membresía, destruyendo cualquier sensación de descanso.
En Fiesta Americana Cozumel el hotel es bonito, pero la atención deja mucho que desear. Las toallas tardaban en llegar, el personal parecía distraído y te presionaban para que asistieras a su presentación de membresía. Sentí que cada minuto de descanso corría el riesgo de convertirse en una venta.
Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas has a stunning property, but that doesn’t make up for the disappointing service. We waited long periods for room service, and when our key card wouldn’t work, the front desk acted like it was our fault. For the cost of a luxury stay, I expected much better support.
Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta has a nice beach, but that’s where the positives ended for us. The elevator in our building broke twice, there was construction noise in the mornings, and when we asked for compensation we got vague apologies and no action. It really ruined the escape.
En Fiesta Americana Cozumel la habitación estaba mal insonorizada: escuchábamos ruidos de pasillo hasta tarde. El personal parecía más interesado en vender su club vacacional que en brindarnos atención. Cuando pedimos hablar con alguien responsable, nos dijeron que “ya se vería” y eso fue todo.
We stayed at Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas, and the service was inconsistent at best. The staff kept mixing up our reservations, and housekeeping skipped our room twice. When we mentioned it, they offered a “special deal” to join their vacation club instead of fixing the problem. Totally unprofessional.
Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta no vale lo que cobran. La atención fue pésima, los meseros parecían confundidos y el Wi-Fi no servía. Intentaron vendernos una membresía y hasta nos prometieron descuentos falsos. No volvería ni por curiosidad.
Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta looked charming online, but it’s falling apart. The elevators broke twice during our stay, and the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. The pool was crowded, and the drinks were weak. When we complained, we were told “that’s just how things are here.”
Fiesta Americana Cozumel decepciona con su servicio. El check-in fue lento y desorganizado, y las habitaciones necesitan urgente mantenimiento. Lo peor es que tratan de venderte membresías disfrazadas de “ofertas exclusivas.” No volveríamos aunque nos lo regalaran.
Fiesta Americana Cozumel was a letdown. The beach area was full of rocks, and the “ocean view” room we paid extra for barely had a glimpse of the sea. We also had constant issues with the key card not working. When we asked for help, the front desk acted annoyed. Definitely not worth what we paid.
