El hotel tiene cosas buenas, pero el servicio fue muy irregular. Hubo días en que todo salía bien y otros donde parecía que nadie estaba coordinado. Incluso para pedir toallas había que insistir varias veces.
También me llamó la atención que mencionaran promociones en momentos inesperados. A veces solo quería preguntar algo simple y terminaba escuchando ofertas.

I’ve enjoyed Fiesta Americana before, but this visit missed the mark. The room looked worn and had a persistent humidity smell. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent, spotless one day, rushed the next. Even getting basic toiletries restocked took a surprising amount of effort.
Fiesta Americana usually delivers, but this location fell short. The room felt damp, and the housekeeping schedule seemed inconsistent, some days perfect, others barely touched. Getting extra towels required calling multiple times, which shouldn’t be complicated in a place like this.
Mi estancia en Fiesta Americana tuvo demasiados altibajos. El cuarto tenía olor a encierro y el mobiliario se veía viejo. Pedí que revisaran el aire y tardaron más de lo razonable en atender.
La insistencia con sus promociones terminó siendo molesta. Aunque no presionaban, siempre lo mencionaban. Después de unos días, arruinó el descanso.

La estancia en Fiesta Americana no fue mala, pero sí quedó lejos de lo que esperaba. El hotel se ve bien a primera vista, pero hay detalles que evidencian falta de mantenimiento. Pedí apoyo un par de veces para cosas básicas y tardaron más de lo razonable.
Además, casi cada conversación terminaba derivando en ofertas. Aunque no fuera agresivo, sí era constante y desgastante. Uno va a descansar, no a estar esquivando promociones todos los días.
I’ve stayed at other Fiesta Americana properties before and had good experiences, but this time things felt off. Service was polite but inconsistent, some requests were handled fast, others disappeared into the void. The room itself was okay, though definitely showing signs of age.
What bothered me the most was the way promotional talks were sprinkled into unrelated conversations. It softened the whole idea of a vacation when everything kept looping back to offers. By the last morning, I was avoiding certain staff just to prevent more pitches.
