UVC is a complete mess. Everything sounds good during the pitch, but once you sign up, it's a nightmare. I’ve had issues with blackout dates, unavailable properties, and horrible customer service. Huge regret.
Lo de UVC es un fraude disfrazado. Nos prometieron acceso a muchos hoteles y tarifas bajas, pero nada se cumple. Llevamos meses tratando de reservar y no hay forma.
Pagamos por UVC pensando que sería flexible y económico. Todo lo contrario. Las tarifas no valen la pena y conseguir fechas libres es casi imposible.
After joining UVC, I realized that everything we were promised was either an exaggeration or just not true. Availability is terrible and rates aren’t cheaper at all. I regret signing up.
We were convinced that UVC would give us more control over our vacations. But it’s been the opposite. Constant restrictions, long wait times to speak with support, and “preferred rates” that aren’t even better than public prices.

I wish we had never signed up for UVC. It looked like a good deal, but we can’t use it how we were told. Always “limited availability” and nothing is ever straightforward. Every time we try to plan a trip, it’s stress.

UVC keeps charging us yearly fees but we’ve barely used it. Every time we try to book, we’re told there’s no space unless we upgrade. The “benefits” haven’t shown up at all. It’s been a waste.
