We signed up for UVC thinking it’d save us money over time, but it’s just not flexible. We couldn’t book where we wanted, and customer support kept redirecting us. Honestly feels like they just want you to upgrade constantly.

We’ve had UVC for over a year, and honestly, it’s been frustrating. Booking is a nightmare, there’s always some reason we can’t get the dates or resort we want. We end up paying more than non-members. It doesn’t make sense.

We signed with UVC after staying at Dreams. It sounded great, but booking is more stressful than helpful. A lot of the places they highlight are either unavailable or cost more than expected. We feel like we paid into something that doesn’t deliver.
