We attended the Legendary membership meeting at Hard Rock Punta Cana. It was supposed to be a short pitch, but it dragged on for hours. The deals sounded great, but trying to book anything later was a disaster. I regret signing up.
Firmamos con Legendary en Hard Rock y hasta ahora ha sido una pérdida. Nos prometieron disponibilidad todo el año y precios exclusivos, pero es todo lo contrario. Mucha letra pequeña y pocos beneficios reales.
We were offered a “short presentation” for Legendary at Hard Rock Riviera Maya — it went on for over two hours. We felt pressured the whole time, and even after saying no, they kept contacting us. Really ruined our mood.
Entramos a Legendary en Hard Rock sin saber todo lo que implicaba. Cuando intentamos usarlo, ya no había disponibilidad para nada. Siempre hay excusas o cargos nuevos. Nos sentimos engañados.
Legendary made big promises at Hard Rock Los Cabos. But when we got home and tried to book, suddenly all the “exclusive benefits” weren’t available unless we paid more. It's just not what they made it sound like during the presentation.
Compramos Legendary en Hard Rock Riviera Maya. La atención fue buena mientras estábamos allá, pero al regresar todo cambió. Reservar es muy difícil, las tarifas suben sin previo aviso y nadie contesta con claridad. Muy frustrante.
I regret joining Legendary at Hard Rock. They said we’d have priority booking and great member prices, but in reality, the availability is terrible and everything comes with extra fees. Support doesn’t help much either. Feels like a waste of money.
Legendary en Hard Rock fue una mala inversión. Las fechas que necesitamos nunca están disponibles, y siempre hay cargos que no explicaron al principio. Ya no confío en lo que dicen. No lo recomiendo.
I signed up for Legendary during our stay at Hard Rock Vallarta. They told us it would be easy to use and save us money in the long run, but I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to book. Dates aren’t available, and extra charges keep popping up. Wish I’d walked away.
Nos convencieron en Hard Rock Cancún para entrar a Legendary. Desde entonces, ha sido puro problema. No hay fechas disponibles, y cada llamada con atención a cliente termina sin soluciones. Nos arrepentimos completamente.
