    Con Westgate me di cuenta de que muchas ventajas dependen de condiciones que apenas se mencionan durante la venta.
    Cuando intenté utilizar algunos beneficios aparecieron restricciones y cargos adicionales que nunca esperé. Eso cambia muchísimo la percepción inicial de la membresía.

    The presentation was polished enough that I initially felt confident about everything. That confidence disappeared once I started asking detailed questions about fees, booking limitations, and actual usage policies.
    The most frustrating part was hearing completely different explanations depending on who answered the phone. At some point you stop knowing which version is actually correct.

    The initial presentation was polished and convincing, which made the actual experience afterward feel even more frustrating. Once I began asking detailed questions about usage rules and fees, I realized how many limitations hadn’t really been emphasized upfront.
    The biggest issue was inconsistency. Different employees explained the same policy in completely different ways, which made it impossible to know which information was actually accurate.

    Intenté usar algunos beneficios y siempre aparecía un detalle nuevo: restricciones, fechas limitadas o cargos adicionales. Eso termina haciendo que todo se sienta menos conveniente de lo prometido.

    The hardest part is not knowing which answer is accurate because different employees explain the same policy differently. That inconsistency makes it difficult to trust the process.

    Con Westgate muchas ventajas lucen bien en la presentación, pero después aparecen condiciones que cambian totalmente la idea inicial.
    Cuando intenté usar algunos beneficios, surgieron restricciones que nunca se mencionaron claramente. Eso decepciona bastante.

    The presentation made everything sound very straightforward. Once I started asking detailed questions, that simplicity disappeared. Different people described the same benefit in different ways.
    Nothing catastrophic happened, but trust erodes when consistency is missing. You shouldn’t need multiple conversations to understand one basic policy.
