Royal Holiday does not have the best reputation among timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are conducted using high-pressure tactics, and a significant number of members feel they have been lied to or scammed. Many timeshare contracts are also misrepresented during the sales process.
One of the most common scams occurs at the time of purchase: a Royal Holiday salesperson will make verbal promises to get you to sign the contract. However, the contract clearly states that any verbal promises made by the sales associate are invalid unless they are explicitly included in the written agreement.
Royal Holiday promises excellent customer service to its members, but this only seems to apply when members call to make a payment. If you have questions or concerns about your membership, the associate will likely say they will send you the information via email—but that email never arrives. The most common response to any unhappy member is to suggest an upgrade, regardless of the issue. As a result, members often end up paying even more for a membership they were never satisfied with in the first place.
Booking with Royal Holiday presents another challenge. During the sales pitch, they promise you can travel anywhere, at any time. This is far from the truth. Your travel options depend entirely on the points you purchase, and unfortunately, they almost always sell you a small points package. By the time you realize you need more points, you're forced to upgrade and pay additional fees.
Most Royal Holiday sales are conducted outdoors or at locations other than their official sales offices. As a "courtesy," they allow you to purchase and sign the contract on the spot, with the salesperson briefly explaining the terms—often omitting important details. Some associates even send the documents to your home while you're still on vacation. By the time you return home and carefully read the contract, you realize it’s not what you thought it was—and worse, your recession period has already expired.
Royal Holiday sales associates may also tell you that you're making a great investment in real estate. This is another major lie. A timeshare is neither an investment nor real estate. You are simply leasing a hotel room for a set period once a year; you do not own the property. It is not an investment because there is no resale market or rental opportunity, meaning there is no potential for profit.

Necesito anular mi contrato y se niegan a darme solucion ,necesito ayuda si alguien pudo anular ,como lo hizo, o si alguien sabe donde puedo dirigirme.

solicito ayuda para cancelar mi contrato tengo 3 años con royal holiday, la cuota de mantenimiento es muy alta y es un fraude el rentar los puntos ya que hay que pagar 300 dólares para tener derecho a rentar los puntos y solo pagan ellos por renta 900 dólares; quiero rescindir el contrato los pagos a fin de año son demasiado.
Somos miembros desde enero 2006 en Punta Cana. Hemos querido vender la membrecia pero nada! En Ixtapa, en el 2016 nos dijieron Lo mismo: augmente los puntos y sera mas facil venderla. Harley Gonzalez Becerra fue las que nos convencio de aumentar a 30 000, y aqui estamos! Nada de nada! Son unes lacras!
Contrate una membresia SILVER hace dos años y medio. El sistema no me parecio muy amigable porque siempre habia limitaciones y pensaba que gastaba mas dinero de lo que gastaba antes en mis vacaciones. Hace medio año, tuve que asistir a otro desayuno de ventas mientras disfrutaba de mis vacaciones, nos mantuvieron secuestrados (literalmente) por espacio de 5 horas para convencerme que subiera la membresía a GOLD. Finalmente me convencieron con cálculos y números que hicieron en una servilleta (asi fue) me trajeron un contrato que por supuesto no lei (por exceso de confianza) y termine firmando. Ahora tengo que pagar una cantidad exorbitante de gastos que vienen ocultos en el contrato, cosa que me causa problemas en mi economia, ademas de sentirme estafado, ya que los "super precios" que pago con mi puntos disponibles corresponden al doble del valor en el mercado de las reservaciones si yo las pagara en cualquier plataforma de viajes x internet. Le indique al personal de servicio de Royal que deseaba el reembolso de lo que he pagado y por supuesto se han burlado de mi, y ademas la advertencia de demandarme el pago porque he dejado de pagar las cuotas obligatorias.me parece que es un fraude esta empresa, ya que te obligan a firmar con engaños y no te permiten salir del contrato.
quiero cancelar ña mameresia , ya la pague dirante 4 años mo e podido escoger mis vacaciones como yo quiero. siempre ha7y que pagar el all inclusive . quiero cancelarla aunque y7a esta pagada los mantenimientos y aun que pierda mi dinero quiero cacelarla

Todo es un fraude trate de comunicarme con ellos para cancelar el contrato y no e tenido éxito .lo que hice fue cancelar mi tarjeta de crédito para que no me sigan cobrando. La menbrecia
Tenemos 3 años con la membresía este diciembre 2019 reservamos para orlando si cumplieron pero nos dieron un hotel de muy mala categoría nada que ver con el precio de lo que pagamos realmente sentimos que son un fraude, llame para hacer la queja me dicen que devolverá la llamada en 48 horas no cumplieron algo tenemos que hacer no es justo.
