Royal Holiday does not have the best reputation among timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are conducted using high-pressure tactics, and a significant number of members feel they have been lied to or scammed. Many timeshare contracts are also misrepresented during the sales process.
One of the most common scams occurs at the time of purchase: a Royal Holiday salesperson will make verbal promises to get you to sign the contract. However, the contract clearly states that any verbal promises made by the sales associate are invalid unless they are explicitly included in the written agreement.
Royal Holiday promises excellent customer service to its members, but this only seems to apply when members call to make a payment. If you have questions or concerns about your membership, the associate will likely say they will send you the information via email—but that email never arrives. The most common response to any unhappy member is to suggest an upgrade, regardless of the issue. As a result, members often end up paying even more for a membership they were never satisfied with in the first place.
Booking with Royal Holiday presents another challenge. During the sales pitch, they promise you can travel anywhere, at any time. This is far from the truth. Your travel options depend entirely on the points you purchase, and unfortunately, they almost always sell you a small points package. By the time you realize you need more points, you're forced to upgrade and pay additional fees.
Most Royal Holiday sales are conducted outdoors or at locations other than their official sales offices. As a "courtesy," they allow you to purchase and sign the contract on the spot, with the salesperson briefly explaining the terms—often omitting important details. Some associates even send the documents to your home while you're still on vacation. By the time you return home and carefully read the contract, you realize it’s not what you thought it was—and worse, your recession period has already expired.
Royal Holiday sales associates may also tell you that you're making a great investment in real estate. This is another major lie. A timeshare is neither an investment nor real estate. You are simply leasing a hotel room for a set period once a year; you do not own the property. It is not an investment because there is no resale market or rental opportunity, meaning there is no potential for profit.

Hooola atención a todos los q les lleguen invitaciones de la tienda Liverpool , referente a queRoyal Holiday Park te invita a la playa4 dias 3 noches , en las q ofrecen precio preferencial de $1,500.00 pesos mexicanos, aqui esta el gancho te comunicas y alli te hacen un interrogatorio acerca de datos personales , cuentas q manejas, tarjetas y si tu eres ingenuo caes con darles tus datos, en primer lugar los cuestionas y ellos no te quieren dar información con resoecto a la promoción q te ofrecen , ya q quieren saber lo q tienes para poder ser un posible comprador de sus tiempos compartidos,vendiendo te a precio se oro, Nadie regala nada y no dejes tus datos en gente q ni conoces y no sabes q uso le podrán dar a los mismos. pongams atención cuidense.

Las personas de este resort son totalmente de lo peor ! es gente sin escrupulos que no les importa si te dejan en la calle ! estamos viviendo un proceso de cancelacion de nuestra membresia con Royal Holiday que por una y otra razon nos lo impide, siendo que cuando la compramos nos dijeron que podriamos cancelarla en cualquier momento, no se dejen engañar !

Royal holiday son unos estafadores, nada de lo que prometen se cumple, en lo personal prefiero mi dinero de vuelta ya que no es posible que pagamos mucho dinero cada mes desde hace 5 años y solo lo hemos usado 2 veces , y las otras nunca esta disponible para nosotros, de verdad que necesitamos urgente mi esposa y yo.

Personal agresivo, muy faltos de ética, Me pasaron con 5 vendedores, Una experiencia muy desgastante, Todos te dicen los mismo, todos buscan convencerte solo le van bajando al paquete, El mas barato pagar mil usd, y como setenta usd mensuales durante tres anios y me seguían dando las perlas de la vida, Realmente termine estresado, si tenia la intención de comprar algo hasta las ganas se me quitaron, fueron casi tres horas, por educación respeto no los mande a ch.a.s.m. y me salí, Me arruinaron la manana. Mi mejor recomendación es que ni se arrimen,
