What happens if you default on annual maintenance fees for a time share that's paid for?
I own a time share free and clear. I've been paying annual maintenance dues for 20 years and have only used my week a couple of times over the years. I have tried selling it, donating it, and giving it away with no success. What happens if I simply do not pay the annual maintenance fees?

Annual maintenance fees are a legal obligation, if you don´t pay them, you will be sent to collections and your credit will be affected.
