Wyndham Timeshare: Is it worth the cost??

After so many hours sitting in their office, I finally signed up for the 68K point plan for $15K. They gave me 225K bonus pts, 5 RCI extra vacation cert. ($249 each). I think the bonus will qualify me to the VIP program for the 1st year. I signed the paper knowing that I have a 10 cooling period. I have since done some research and most seem to lean toward buying resale for a much cheaper price. How does purchasing a resale work?? And is it wise to do that instead of keeping my own contract??

All timeshares worth the cost only if you will use your membership, if you buy one as an "investment" because they offered that you can get a profit if you rent it or sale it, then be ready to feel disappointed
