Time share maintance fee?
What happens if I am not able to pay my timeshare maintance fee? We are broke and they are coming due. Has anyone had to do this?

All timeshare contracts charge for a maintenance fees every year or every other year. Some people stop paying those fees thinking that if the do that they will be free of the obligation, unfortunately they are not, the timeshare company will persecute for the payment of those fees and can send their clients to collections
