need help with a timeshare

So i had fell for the trap of buying a timeshare like an idiot and i have been looking at possible ways of geting out besides trying too sell and i have been reading up on i guess something called a "deed back" can anyone explain on what it is, and how i would go about doing it and if its smart. thanks in advance

    If you want out of a timeshare contract, the best you can do is to hire an attorney at the country where you purchased, if you hire a "resale" company then be ready to be scammed because those resale companies charge fees upfront and never sale anything
