How can I cancel my timeshare with villa del Arco?
I just signed and I want cancelled and my deposit refunded. I just did this on Nov 12 and contacted them on Nov15, so I should be covered under the Profeco Mexican law that gives tourists 5 days to rescind.

The Mexican laws give 5 days after buying a timeshare to regret the purchase, after this period of time, the contract gets legally formalized and the only way to get rid of it will be placing a legal process so, it is better to hire for the services of an attorney
