How can I cancel my timeshare with Royal Holiday?
We were scammed by Ryan Garber at Royal Holiday. We cancelled within the 5 day period and he is not refunding the money. We have a signed document from him stating that the $1825.00 would be refunded. He doesn't respond to emails. We are planning to go back again and speak to him face to face again. Any suggestions would be appreciated very much.

A lot of people have purchased their timeshares and tried to cancel within their five days, however is always recommendable to place credit card disputes in order to get your money back but if the companies don´t respect your decision of cancel within that time frame, then it will be necessary to start a legal process so in order to do so you need to hire an attorney
