Help on cancelling a Sunset Group timeshare?

My husband and I bought this timeshare at Sunset Lagoon in Cancun several years ago., While we had buyers remorse almost immediately,we did not rescind the contract thinking the best and that we might actually use it. After more than 5 years of paying maintenance feer and not using it. I just want out of any further commitment.
