How can I rent or sell my timeshare without pay to any fraudulent company?

My husband and I purchased a vacation club membership. We had no idea what we were signing and we were lied to by making us believe that we could basically return the membership to the resort if we wanted to sell it. Now we cannot afford to make the payments, and are stuck with this mambership, I feel we were mislead into purchasing!
