it's very important to do research and educate yourself on the market and the value.
i feel like such a sucker buying the playa del sol grande. I jsut want to cut my losses and hand them back my timeshare , just so I can stop paying the ever growing maintenance fees. They said I can't stop paying. I don't want to stop paying and then they use us law to ruin my credit but hide behind weak mexican law.
I believe they are a scam unless I can be proven otherwise.

segun me habian hecho descuentos por la compra del tiempo compartido, y no es verdad, nunca recibi nada, ademas de tener que pagar mensualmente algo que no uso
A total criminal scam. We got trapped there for an entire day, and they would not even call us a cab. My whole family had to walk.
We have not heard from them and when we tried calling them and emailing them and they have not responded. Our salesman will not email or call us back.
I went to a timeshare sales presentation because they offered me some gifts, but trust me no gifts are worth the pressure
We have stopped payments and have had the same response-NONE- to our many complaints and left messages-NONE!!! Only someone calling asking why we had not sent our payment
