NH KRYSTAL Timeshare COMPLAINTS

Tontamente creimos en las promesas que nos hizo un vendedor de NH Krystal, vimos la oportunidad de nuestras vidas y no quisimos dejarla ir, como se trataba de un promoción de sólo un día nos sentimos presionados y no dejamos tiempo para platicar entre nosotros o pensar si realmente era una buena compra. Lamentamos tanto haber caido en su trampa y en sus promesas... ahora tenemos que pagar nuestro errorde manera monetaria y psicologicamente, tengan muhco cuidado cuando salgan de vacaciones siempre hay gente abusiva al asecho de su dinero y definitivamente la gente de  NH Krystal esta entre ellos.

This is the deal, 12 years ago we received an invitation to go to a timeshare presentation. We went to the presentation and from there we got an invitation to go to Puerto Vallarta for two days "free" hotel. There, we have to go to another presentation where we were convinsed to buy a time share for 10 years for $3,500. We had the money, we bought it, but never used. Now they want to charge me for the maintenance fees. Is this for real. Can they really do that, or can we sue Krystal Resort in Puerto Vallarta and get our money back. We got nothing the this money.

Los vendedores de NH Krystal son unos abusivos, yo no se si en sus entrenamientos les dicen que hacer, pero con notros excedieron los limites de la mentira, nada, absolutamente nadaa de lo que nos dijeorn fue verdad, ademas de que nos querian emborrachar, deberian de meterlos en la carcel por actuar de esta manera tan vil. Desafortunadamente, como muchos aquí también compramos con ellos y nos quitaron $15,000 dolares, nos sentimos utilizados y engañados de una manera muy injusta. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para recuperar nuestro dinero, esperamos pronto reportarnos con buenas noticias.

   MEXICAM GOVERMENT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE MONIES YOU PUT INTO THEIR COUNTRY. THEY LOVE IT. KEEPS THE "PEOPLE" EMPLOYED.
     FOR BANK OF AMERICA, SAY YOU LOST YOUR CARD AND GET A NEW NUMBER, THIS WAY THEY CAN'T MAKE ANY FUTURE PAYMENTS TO THE HOTEL. THEY KNOW THAT THE COMPANY AND CONTINENTAL CONNECTIONS ARE SCAMS. BUT HEY, YOU KEEP ON PAYING DON'T YOU.

Mi papás salieron de viaje a y mientras estaban en Vallarta los invitaron a una presentación de tiempo compartido. Dicen que compraron uno de los paquetes más pequeños y que consiguieron una "super oferta"  ellos casi no saben usar la computadora asi que me he dedicado a ayudarles y estamso muy asustados por todos los malos comentarios que vemos, no nos queremos arriesgar a ver si todo es verdad a si que ya enviamos un email para cancelar, pero nadie nos ha contestado nada. Que más podemos hacer?  me temo que mis papás también son victimas de NH Krystal.

We got a timeshare at NH Krystal in 2002, and would like to try to get out of the contract which is for one week every other year until 2025. They told us many things which were not true about the timeshare, such as the maintenance fee would not increase, we could resell weeks, etc and we would like to see if we can get out of the contract somehow so we don't have to keep paying maintenance fees every other year.

We purchased time share at the NH Krystal resort in Cancun Mexico. Sales person promis us that we will get profit from renting our power weeks to cover any maitenance fees. We never get any profit or any income from them. Now we got calls from Concord Collection Agency. We would like to cancel contract with NH Krystal Company.

The purchase pitch that was presented to me was full of false information. I was informed that I could offer weeks of my membership to an outside broker to rent.  The sells rep explained that the Krystal is located very close to the convention center and we rent those out at a premium dollar amount. If I offered my weeks for rental, we would receive a check for $18, 000. After discussing the rental for some time longer, we agreed to purchase, with the help of a 90 day, no interest credit card from Bank of America. About 3 months later we contacted the Rental Broker to get additional information. It was at this time that I were informed that the rental was not guaranteed in any way. I was also told that he had no record of me, despite speaking with me on the phone the day of the purchase. I have contacted the Krystal rep. and asked about the promise of guaranteed rental. He denied ever making the promise and pointed out that we had signed a contract that stated they do not guarantee rental. I looked at the contract many times and was perfectly aware of that fact, however also remember the conversation we had when signing the document. He said this had to be on the contract, because Krystal does not handle rental, therefore cannot guarantee it.

Have a membership in Nh Krystal - Puerta Vallarata. Paying overcharged mainenance fees for past 15 years. Saleslady was very dishonest in what was said relainting to rentals. I would like to cancel it

I have a timeshare at NH Krystal that I was scammed into buying. After reading through the paper work, I can see I didn't end up with the same deal they were offering at the table. They also made several references to renting and significant revenue from owning the property.
